Other technical information related to the event / project *

In case of using additional technical equipment, indicate its list and approximate time of import / export to / from NCC «Ivan Honchar Museum» *

we guarantee the accuracy of this information;
Aware that the decision of the Ivan Honchar Museum on cooperation / provision of services for the organization and technical support of the event / project will be made within 10 working days;
in case of a positive decision on the organization of the event / project agree to sign an agreement with NCC "Ivan Gonchar Museum" on cooperation / provision of services for the organization and technical support of the event on the terms of the service provider and comply with its requirements;
we undertake to provide photo materials (or an active hyperlink to them) based on the results of the event, as well as a report on media responses (press clipping) in printed and digital form) no later than 2 weeks after the event / project;
we consider the electronic version of the application valid until the receipt of the original by the NCC "Ivan Gonchar Museum";
we guarantee the identity of the original application and its electronic version;
We undertake to indicate the Ivan Gonchar Museum as the location of the event / project and to coordinate with its representatives the text and design layout of information materials directly related to the organization of the event in the Museum.
